Customer Experience Representative

IntelliSource is currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a new and exciting community solar company in Denver, CO.  The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for working directly with solar garden subscribers in areas of customer service, billing, retention, and potentially inside sales.  They perform customer database tracking, process payments, follow up on delinquent payments and other direct support activities that enable business growth.   
 
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and emails directly from subscribers
  • Take ownership to resolve customer issues
  • Develop extensive knowledge of the community solar industry
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and capabilities
  • Ability to convey complex details in easily understandable ways
  • Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
  • Overcome objections to assist with subscriber retention and growth
  • Prioritization of workload to ensure speed to opportunity
  • Promote a positive work and team environment
 
Requirements
  • 4-year degree preferred, but not required
  • SalesForce (or related CRM) experience preferred
  • Passion for customer satisfaction
  • Minimum of 2-years customer support experience
  • Experience with MS Office programs and web-based tools (gmail, google sheets, etc.)
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Quick and efficient decision making skills
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a shift between 8:30 am – 6 pm Monday through Friday.
