Intellisource is seeking a Background Check Technical Support Agent.  This position is the liaison between our customers, business associates and software/hardware systems.  The Technical Support Agent facilitates the timeliness, accuracy and efficiency of our background check operation by ensuring seamless operations and providing competent support and management to business operations.  
Job Duties:
-Provides technical support to team members, customers and third parties to promote positive and efficient business operations. 
-Manages account set-up, user management and access rights.
-Provides information accurately and timely manner. 
-Ensures information is protected, confidential and accurate at all times. 
-Ensures software systems operate seamlessly, efficiently and timely for client companies.
-Provides system training and customer service support to clients and associates.
-Partners and builds relationships with client companies. 
-Meets time deadlines and performance expectations.
-Associates or Bachelors preferred or equivalent work experience required
-Able to pass a criminal background check
-Prior IT experience or educational equivalent
-Oversee and manage technical business operations. 
-Must be able to work full-time
-Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. 
-Strong attention to detail
-Able to work in a highly regulated industry and maintain the standards set by both the business and applicable laws.
