IntelliSource is seeking a corporate Recruiting Manager for our industrial equipment business partner’s new corporate office. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for responsible for managing and leading the recruitment process and the overall utilization of HR Recruiters. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations. Solves all issue evolving during hiring job vacancies and takes all managerial decisions. Develops and continually improves the recruitment process. Meets with internal clients on the regular basis as the potential gaps are identified and researched to provide regular feedback to HR Recruiters and internal clients. Develops and tracks critical metrics associated with the recruitment process.

Recruiting Manager Position Overview:
  • Builds relationships through networking efforts with the HR Team, candidates, hiring managers, industry leaders, recruiting agencies, attending job fairs,etc
  • Handles general administrative duties including, agency agreements, processing of invoicing,
  • Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies;stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive.
  • Works collaboratively with the HRBP’s and HR Operations team to ensure that compensation and job descriptions are in alignment with company practices.
  • Provides managers with training on how to interview and develop interviewing skills;provides interview questions, guidelines and feedback forms; answers questions managers may have regarding the interview process; provides other tools as needed and/or required.
  • Schedules interviews with hiring manager and key team members, including travel and other accommodations if needed; schedules second round interviews as needed
Recruiting Manager Job Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 10-15 years of solid recruiting experience, preferably in a sales and marketing environment
  • Excellent recruiting skills
  • Excellent people and interviewing skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong training skills
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility with the ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions on a national, multi-location level
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
