IntelliSource is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition for our industrial equipment business partner’s new corporate office. The Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for responsible for managing and leading the recruitment process and the overall utilization of HR Recruiters. The Manager of Talent Acquisition will solve all issues evolving during hiring job vacancies and takes all managerial decisions. Develops and continually improves the recruitment process. Meets with internal clients on the regular basis as the potential gaps are identified and researched to provide regular feedback to HR Recruiters and internal clients. Develops and tracks critical metrics associated with the recruitment process

Manager of Talent Acquisition Position Overview: 
  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
  • Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization.
  • Provides managers with training on how to interview and develop interviewing skills; provides interview questions, guidelines and feedback forms; answers questions managers may have regarding the interview process; provides other tools as needed and/or required.
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
  • Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters.
  • Designs training for HR Recruiters and line managers.
  • Manages internal candidates and referrals from employees.
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and source.
  • Schedules interviews with hiring manager and key team members, including travel and other accommodations if needed; schedules second round interviews as needed.
  • Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback sessions with interview team.
  • Performs detailed reference checking on second round candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
  • Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers; negotiates final terms based on internal equity, market value and manager’s budget.
  • Contacts and provides feedback to candidates that were not selected
 
Manager of Talent Acquisition Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years of senior or lead in-house recruiting experience with a focus in field sales, manufacturing, and/or traditional office environments  
  • BS Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of human resource practices
  • Advanced knowledge of employment laws, including but not limited to ADA and EEO
  • Excellent management skills
  • Excellent change management skills
  • Excellent communication skills that engage and influence internal stakeholders and applicants
  • Excellent interviewing skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence skills
  • Strong initiative and goal oriented outlook
  • Demonstrated flexibility with the ability to handle pressure
