IntelliSource is looking to welcome a Recruiting Branch Manager to lead our skilled high-volume recruiting team as we continue to grow to new heights!  The Recruiting Branch Manager will manage all business operations within the Reno recruiting office for IntelliSource. They will manage the day to day operations of the branch, personnel, client relations, and recruitment strategies.  They will participate with IntelliSource and senior management in the development and execution of office strategies and programs that enhance productivity, job satisfaction, safety, retention, employee engagement, and achievement of Branch recruiting goals. The Recruiting Branch Manager role is tasked with leading the recruiting office in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and to incorporate inclusive practices leveraging individual strengths and influencing comprehensive collaboration on our teams. They are a self-motivated individual with problem solving skills, a competitive nature and energizing personality, and an individual who can build immediate rapport and trust with IntelliSource’s current and new customer base. 

Recruiting Branch Manager Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of recruiting office branch.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high energy regional office responsible for filling and billing a consistently high volume of resources.
  • Manages and provides direction to recruiting team.
  • Solid understanding of the tasks that must be accomplished to meet revenue goals.
  • Lead team to recruit on open job orders to meet client needs and timetables.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of IntelliSource policies and procedures to effectively promote the company.
  • Driven to excel in the execution of key site initiatives.
  • Passion for relationship building and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, maintain communication with customers to ensure successful business development and to promote customer and employee retention through exemplary customer service.
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend and participate in various customer and company meetings.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands with the appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials/issues; including employee files, salary information, grievances, and performance reviews.
  • Discipline to oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all databases.
  • Ability to interact and communicate well with individuals at all levels of the organization and across cultures, including the ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Must possess excellent writing and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks timely.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems or issues by gathering and assessing information, taking advice, and using judgment that is consistent with standards, best practices, policies, and procedures.
 
Recruiting Branch Manager Skills: 
  • Proven ability to recruit in a high-volume environment.

  • Results oriented. Ability to plan week, month, and quarter with proven results geared toward achieving revenue goals.
  • Effective and strategic decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation proficiency.

  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft suite. 


Recruiting Branch Manager Experience/Education: 
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in recruiting, Staffing/Outsourced solutions and Volume Recruiting preferred.
  • Management and oversight of 3-10 employees.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS) from a four (4) year college or university preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Experience recruiting for Distribution and Fulfillment, Manufacturing, or General Warehousing preferred.
