Order Management Support - Customer Service

IntelliSource is seeking a Order Manager to oversee product support, drive product satisfaction and enhance our customer’s experience.   The Order Manager resides over our customers’ requests, calibration, testing and repair work from start to finish.  This position works with high end calibration and electronic testing equipment, therefore our customers’ equipment is often expensive, delicate and requires consistent calibration.  It is important that this position sets forth high quality standards and provides effective communication with both our clients and internal team to provide quality products.  The position primarily operates business to business so building and maintaining solid relationships is vital to our customers’ experience.  
 
Job Duties
  • Manages all customer orders, testing, calibration, repairs and requests from start to finish.
  • Verifies accuracy of customers’ orders and information.
  • Corresponds with in-house Service Center and Customer Center to ensure client requests are fulfilled.
  • Ensures timeliness of orders and repairs. 
  • Tracks completed work and coordinates routine maintenance and follow up. 
  • Familiarizes oneself with calibration equipment, electronic testing equipment, and other related products.  
  • Facilitates a positive work environment including effective communication with in-house team members and clients. 
  • Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer service assignments.
  • Plans and implements customer service tasks.
  • Solves customers’ issues and provides effective and timely feedback that promotes positive business relationships
  • Provides solutions to and improvements in processes to drive efficiency
 
Requirements
  • 2 or 4 year degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Database Experience
    • Siebel
    • Oracle
    • Web based applications
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Minimum of 3 years directly related experience
  • Demonstrated track record of making customer service a competitive advantage
  • Understanding metrics and accountability
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexible with hours (M-F – scheduling between 6a-6p)
