Product Support Engineer

IntelliSource seeks a Product Support Engineer for our business partners office located in Boulder, CO. The Product Support Engineer will be responsible to help drive large impactful projects and be a part of a scrappy, agile team that is changing an industry.
 
The role requires a self-motivated individual with expert software engineering skills and deep knowledge of key programs and technologies. The candidate will be extensively involved in hands-on activities including design, documentation, development and testing of new functionality.
 
Product Support Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Deliver escalated and proactive Technical Support to clients including troubleshooting and resolution, through phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings
  • Manage new merchant implementations and provide consultative guidance to the client base
  • Advocate and drive product enhancement requests with our cross-functional teams
  • Achieve and maintain expert status in payment, EMV product and process knowledge
  • Manage merchant escalations until the issues have been resolved
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product_
  • Monitor accounts and systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Write and maintain technical documentation
  • Build deep product knowledge in products and services.
  • Occasional travel may be required ( <10% travel)
Product Support Engineer Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • A track record of a strong client focus -  3+ years of experience in a Technical Support role is preferred
  • Experience with iOS and Android SDK product development
  • Experience with Hypermedia-Driven RESTful API product development
  • Experience promoting, managing and maintaining top-notch documentation
  • Experience in Agile development and SCRUM (Jira helpful as well)
  • Able to skillfully prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues
  • Experience in working with cross-functional/cross-departmental and virtual teams
  • Self-starter with strong organization and resolution management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with EMV payment and NFC is a plus
