A world leader in electronic test is seeking an IT Project Manager supporting the Infrastructure Services Team, with very rich experience in driving large scale IT Infrastructure, Data Center and MA&D programs

Description:
Project Manager for Infrastructure Services team, with very rich experience in driving large scale IT Infrastructure, Data center and MA&D programs. Working with all organizational levels and groups, as well as external vendors and customers.  The incumbent will develop and manage project schedules and resources, identify risks, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution through the full project cycle. Successful candidates must have extensive experience working directly with customers, establishing joint roles and responsibilities, managing mutual commitments, managing change, and monitoring for and addressing new requests and customer satisfaction.
 
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management preferably in telecommunications/carrier, and/or large enterprise environment. Experience with standard project management tools is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of servers, networks, database and software applications. Hands-on experience in these areas is a definite plus.  Highly organized engineers would also be considered. 
  • Be a strong advocate for your project(s) in a dynamic environment with many competing priorities. Provide status updates to team, manager, and customers and act as a point-person for requests for information and support. 
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects, including requirements gathering, resource organization, project/task prioritization and schedule development. 
  • Experience with the principles of Change Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library processes, including ticket creation, change approval, and documentation 
  • Provide project coordination and management on M&A deal activities in support of the overall IT M&A integration team
  • Ability to work in team focused environment, organize a cross-functional team and matrixed organization. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. Ability to communicate technical topics/issues clearly and concisely. 
  • Be very detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
