IntelliSource’s client is hiring an NPI (New Product Introduction) Support Specialist for our Colorado Springs, Co office.  Our client is the world's leading electronic measurement company, transforming today's measurement experience through innovations in wireless, modular, and software solutions.   Our client’s software licensing team enables customers to evaluate, activate and manage their software globally. They enable new business models and license enforcement technologies through innovative ways to connect products to the back-office enterprise systems and scale through automation.  

They are looking for a detail-oriented and responsive New Product Introduction (NPI) Support Specialist
Primary Responsibilities:
  •          Support internal partner licensing new product introduction (NPI) process
  •          Work with internal partners to understand the needs, consult with  licensing team as appropriate and recommend          solutions
  •          Implement NPI product setup and configuration.  Work requires manual data entry or simple to moderate                      scripting to automate data loads as needed
  •          Monitor the NPI requests queue, assist in prioritizing tasks and manage internal partner expectations
  •          Answer internal support calls and emails in timely and efficient manner
  •          Support each NPI through the entire process.
Other Duties:
  •          Collaborate with senior members of the NPI/Support team to facilitate new product configuration, partner testing,          and release management
  •          Contribute to process improvement activities
  •          Participate in quality assurance activities including reviews and testing
  •          Clearly communicate progress and status
  •          Ability to be responsive, organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
  •          Effective oral and written communication skills
  •          Ability to work collaboratively with remote partners and team members
  •          Experience with database applications, familiarity with Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL, scripting
  •          Proficiency with MS Office applications especially Excel 
  •          Software licensing experience
  •          Quality assurance experience
