Customer Support Coordinators

IntelliSource is hiring two Customer Service Coordinators (CSC) to work at our client’s office in Summit, NJ.  The CSCs will be tasked with managing, scheduling, and coordinating all service on a wide variety of scientific instrumentation. The CSCs will play an integral and critical role in communicating in a timely manner service issues, initiating service requests, managing the initial assessment and triage, and scheduling repairs as needed.  Escalating delays in repairs will also be a critical function of the CSCs. Training is both hands on and classroom.

We are looking for two (2) detail-oriented and responsive Customer Support Coordinators.

Primary Responsibilities of CSC -1: Primary Responsibilities of CSC -2:
  • Create service orders for repairs due to damaged or malfunctioning instrumentation
  • Routing to proper repair channel (direct repair and/or 3rd party service provider)
  • Managing the initial assessment of needed repairs and/or triage
  • Managing the repair process to completion, including any escalations
  • Training involved
  • CSC will be responsible for making sure all repair personnel dispatched have all the proper training and certifications required for the site
  • Experienced with Blue Mountain RAM Software; or similar; preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of E-Work Orders; or similar; is preferred but not required
  • Environmental Health and Safety training is required
  • Able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Time management in fast paced environment
  • Organizational skills to maximize productivity
  • Work is accurate and with eye for detail
  • Is always seeking to improve the job and provides solution-oriented feedback
  • Demonstrates business judgment by knowing when to work independently and when to collaborate
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite to include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Access skills are a plus)
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
